Bank of the Ozarks – Dallas, Texas

This featured project in Dallas involved leveling an existing slab that had become out of FFT (Floor Flatness Tolerance) over time.

Our friends at Pacific Builders contracted us to level out the existing slab of two floors at the 8300 Douglas building in Preston Center.  The high-end finish out required a FFT of better than ± ¼” in 10’.  We were able to achieve the desired results while keeping the added weight to a minimum, through a utilization of expanded polystyrene and LevelRock 4500.
