Continental Gin Building – Dallas, TX

ACS was proud to be part of the team renovating the Continental Gin building in the heart of Deep Ellum.  This building, soon to be the home of major corporations and local artists alike, was originally constructed in 1888 and required delicate handling to preserve historic status and integrity.  Over 60,000sf of sound mat and gypsum underlayment installed on schedule.
