Lincoln – Las Colinas Phase II- Irving, TX

ACS recently completed our scope of work on the second phase of Lincoln Las Colinas. The first phase consisted of a high density wrap building and several garden style buildings. In the second phase, Lincoln completed the project with 9 garden style buildings.

In the interior units, ACS installed 1″ topping over 1/4″ sound mat in the hard surface areas and a gypsum topping only in the carpeted areas. This system has become the industry standard to help control sound transmission being transmitted between floors.

On the exterior, ACS installed a galvanized and membrane base flashing with our sheet waterproofing on the decking. The breezeways are completely exposed to weather so we used the same waterproofing system in 100% of the breezeways and stair landings. The breezeways are also stained and sealed to improve the asthetics and protect against some of the wear on the concrete.
