The Avery – Dallas, TX

The Avery, is a “modern urban village with hotel style pools, floating tanning decks and outdoor bars” and is located in Dallas, Texas. Stanford was the general contractor on this project and we have been fortunate to have worked with Stanford on numerous projects in Texas, and we are currently working with them on a project in Oklahoma as well.

On this project Stanford, we were asked to pour a gypsum underlayment over 262,714 square feet of interior floors for fire and sound control. We also completed more than 18,000 square feet of concrete waterproofing including the Enkadrain® subsurface drainage mat on the exterior private balconies.
