The Soto – San Antonio, Texas

Advanced Concrete Surfaces was proud to partner with T.S. Byrne Construction to pour a high strength commercial topping throughout this dowel laminated timber (DLT) construction project.  The interior flooring tiles were then placed on pedestals set on top of the gypsum underlayment.  The underlayment was poured prior to storefront installation, so a 5,000psi product rated for up to 60 days of weather exposure was used.

This project has a beautiful finish out and it was a pleasure to be part of the build team.
