Visit Addison Phase II – Addison, Texas

ACS was proud to be contracted by Highland Builders to provide stain and seal to the existing concrete at the Visit Addison center during phase II of construction. After demo had been completed, it became apparent that this was not going to be possible based on the condition of the concrete floor. Below is what Robert Whittle, project manager at Highland Builders had to say about ACS after working with us on this project:

“I just completed Addison Visitors Center Phase Two. When we removed the old carpet we found a concrete slab that had up to four old layers of floor prep, cracks, unlevel floors and multi color concrete from previous remodels. All of this was made more serious because the proposed floor finish to the 20,000 SF project was stained and sealed concrete. Needless to say, this was a potential major cost to the project uncovered during the first week of construction.

Fortunately we had ACS on board who advised me and Addison on our options and cost. Ultimately, the Town went with a combination of options for a reasonable price and are very happy with the result.
