Vitruvian Park – Phase I – Addison, Texas

ACS has completed apartment projects all over Texas. On this project for Andres Construction, ACS completed the gypsum underlayment in all units and interior corridors of the project. In addition we also completed a concrete waterproofing system on the balconies throughout the building.

On this project, ACS used a low VOC sealer and manufactured its products on site using local sand and water. Today, these same products contain pre-consumer recycled content and have also achieved GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certification. At the time of construction the manufacturer did not have the ‘green’ formulations available but anytime ACS completes a project today, we use the formulation which may contribute toward LEED project certification in several credit areas.
